Winter: Situated in the Hautes Alpes, between Grenoble and Gap, the two resorts La Joue du Loup and Super Dévoluy boast a large ski area with downhill and cross-country skiing. Though a relatively small resort, Joue du Loup gives access to an impressive ski area. It has retained its mountain charm and its friendly locals. The slopes are often quiet, and thus enable you to enjoy the peaceful atmosphere as you ski. Just over an hour south of Grenoble, the resort forms part of the Super Dévoluy ski area and can boast an excellent snow record as well as good weather. The link to the larger Super Dévoluy is by lift or 10km by road. The vast ski area is suitable for all levels, but particularly good for intermediates. The slopes in the immediate vicinity pass through larch forests making La Joue de Loup a particularly attractive ski area, offering anything from cross-country skiing to Mogul skiing to dog sledding and snow mobiles. Summer: What La Joue du Loup lacks in size, it makes up for in atmosphere and in the range of activities on offer. All mountain sports are catered for, from water sports in the Gorges du Rif, to 220km of cycle tracks, to numerous paths and routes for hikers. With a cinema, club, grocery shop, 5 sports shops where equipment can be hired, restaurants, swimming pool, tennis courts, horse-riding centre, crèche, children's club and Tourist Office, the resort offers all the facilities required to enable you to make the most of your holiday.

The natural setting of the resort will offer you a complete change of scenery and a magnificent view of the mountains: overlooking a forest, the chalets (for 7 and 10 persons) built in 1999 will allow you to spend an unforgettable holiday in natural surroundings, 100 metres from the pistes and 150m from the village centre. Type DCQ: This chalet is for 7 persons (75m2): It has a living room with satellite TV, dining area and a sofa bed, separate kitchen, 1 bathroom, separate toilet, 1 double bedroom, 1 bedroom with bunk beds and single bed and outside is a terras.
